site of ghana online will maker
Ghana Online Will Maker is a cloud-based legal-tech service that turns a simple mobile questionnaire into a will compliant with Ghana’s Wills Act 1971. It addresses the reality that most adults die intestate, leaving families without clear instructions and often sparking disputes. Traditional lawyer-drafted wills cost thousands of cedis and are therefore out of reach for many households. By automating the drafting process, the platform delivers a legally valid will in minutes for about GHS 300, making estate planning accessible to middle- and working-class Ghanaians and the diaspora. Completed documents are stored in an encrypted online vault for easy updates and secure access by executors. Widespread use of such affordable wills can reduce inheritance conflicts and preserve family harmony across Ghana.
