If we discuss about certain things and we do find it difficult to agree, we always ask ourselves what would our clients say when they would be present. We cherish our clients and that is why we sometimes tell client things they do not want to hear. Everything that is in the interest of a better process and better results in the short and long term must be spoken out, friendly and clearly.
For the best results, it is imperative to start with a good briefing. In this phase, we are keen to understand the objectives of the clients and the elements that effect any onwards communication. We acknowledge that the P of Promotion is only one of the 5P’s that affect the marketing exercise. Product (service), Price, Place (Distribution) and People.
Based upon your briefing and the answers to our questions, we will come up with a strategy and a plan to execute. We will indicate the budget in a cafetaria model, only what you want or see as the most imminent thing to happen we will execute. Sometimes, we come to the conclusion that you should either do the plan or nothing, but that is always a mutual and considerate decision.
Results can be defined in many different ways. In order to be effective, we always say “begin with the end in mind”. If you know what you want to achieve, we can find ways to measure the goals and determine Key Performance Indicators. Sometimes, reality is different from certain assumptions and therefore plans have to be adjusted. A fault confessed is half redressed. Results are better than opinions.
